The Terrace is weather-dependent, and operations are determined depending on the forecast.
This includes severe high winds, rain, hail, snow drifts, thunder, and lightning. We will allow cancellations in severe weather cases.
Our max table capacity is 20 people and an automatic 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more people.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
The Terrace is a separate entrance from Lounge Eighteen. We have a 10 minute grace period.
Please note we require at least 2 weeks (*) notice for all events and a booking agreement will be required to confirm your event. We may contact you about your reservation so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.
You must receive a confirmation email for your reservation to be valid.
For all requests with short notice, we will need to confirm availability with the service team based on your desired experience. Friday and Saturdays are our busiest evenings and a premium rental fee, and food/beverage may apply.

Booking for 10 or more?
Reservations for 10 or more people must pay a deposit of $100 to confirm the reservation.
Reservations for 20 or more people must pay a deposit of $200 to confirm the reservation.
Parties larger than 30 persons must contact terracereso@loungeeighteen.com to coordinate.
Payment can be made through E-transfer to info@loungeeighteen.com or in person.
